Let's create a culture where students can grow based on trust, cooperation, ownership, and diligence. Let's foster an environment that enhances productivity while recognizing and encouraging each other's achievements in a positive atmosphere. Let's be professors who students can comfortably approach with questions and concerns.
Present a clear vision
Clearly establish the lab's direction and long-term goals, and actively share these with students. Communicate frequently to ensure students' dreams align with the lab's vision, and lead together toward achieving these goals.
Develop students' expertise
Provide opportunities for students to build their academic and practical expertise, while also growing together by learning new fields myself. Guidance should maintain a balance between support and learning.
Secure the lab's stability
Secure sustainable research funding and resources, managing them efficiently to create a stable research environment. Regularly review and improve lab systems to maximize efficiency.
Continuously learn and grow
Continuously develop personal academic capabilities and become a respected academic leader by sharing knowledge with students. To achieve this, maintain an open mind toward new technologies and knowledge, listen to students' opinions, and always remain open to future possibilities.
